Processing time is usually 1-5 business days (M-F). Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes holidays that fall during business days. If the USPS does not run, that day is considered a holiday.
US shipping time is generally 2-5 business days however, once it is in the post office’s hands, we are unable to determine an arrival time.
In the event that the USPS states that your package has been delivered to you yet you did not receive it, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE within 24 hours of said delivery. If necessary, you will need to file a lost package claim. We may not be able to do this for you, we do ask for your assistance on this. Once an open claim has been filed, please provide us with the claim number. Sometimes it is necessary to wait up to 30 days for a claim to be resolved. We will do everything in our power to help you with the recovery process but we need your help to follow through with your local post office for the resolvement of the missing package. If the package cannot be located, we will replace or refund the package with available inventory that matches what you ordered.
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. If your order has been shipped prior to your contacting us due to an address change, we cannot be held responsible for your order. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct.
All polishes are individually bubble wrapped and sealed in a bubble padded envelopes or boxes if the weight exceeds First Class weight limits.
