Top Shelf Lacquer is not responsible for any custom fees you may incur when shipping your order to you. Contact your local customs department for information regarding your custom policies prior to placing an order. Your order will contain a tracking number, however we cannot estimate a time frame on delivery for international orders. This policy will be strictly enforced. Please be sure you are in acceptance of these terms before placing an international order.
Processing time is usually 1-5 business days. During high volume times, it can take up to 14 business days. If your order is going to take more than 14 business days, we will email you so that you are aware of the delay. Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes holidays that fall during business days. If the USPS does not run, that day is considered a holiday.
International shipping time is generally 7-21 business days however, once it is in the post office’s hands, we are unable to determine an arrival time.
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. If your order has been shipped prior to your contacting us due to an address change, we cannot be held responsible for your order. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.
All polishes are individually bubble wrapped and sealed in a bubble padded envelopes or boxes.
